2. DIGITAL GOODS

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique download link. Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. You may access the link multiple times within this period for personal use.
2.2 License Grant & Permitted Use
Your purchase constitutes a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. Under this license, you are permitted to:

2.4 Refunds & Exchanges on Digital Goods
All digital and downloadable sales are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, these items are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund once the purchase is complete.

Technical Assistance: Should you encounter any technical issues, such as an inoperable link or a corrupted file, please contact us immediately. We will promptly provide a functional replacement to ensure you can access your purchase.

Correction of Purchase Errors: We offer a limited exception for customers who inadvertently purchase a digital version instead of a physical copy. In such instances, a refund for the digital item will be issued only after a replacement order for the physical product has been confirmed. This request must be made within 48 hours of the original purchase to be eligible for consideration.
